Integrating Antivirus into DAP

You may select files that have been downloaded and scan them - inoculating, fixing or quarantining them, depending on results of the virus scan. This option can only be enabled if an existing anti-virus program is associated with DAP.

How to associate an anti-virus program with DAP:

1. In DAP's main window, click the Tools menu and click Options. The DAP Options window appears.
2. Choose Download Preferences, and the Download Preferences dialog box appears.
3. Select the Check for viruses option to verify that Virus Checking is enabled and click the Browse button to find your anti-virus program. Select the virus program you wish to use and click Close.
